I just came across this terrific 30 day guide to “going green” with your food choices. Published by The Daily Green, this guide would be an incredible way to improve not only your diet, but your life in general – in so many ways. It might be tough to do ALL of these things in just one month, but even doing 1/2 of them would be a huge step in the right direction. Check it out!
Gk

Gayle, I’m heading toward the new Walmart to see if they have any organic wine. I’ve been hearing a great deal about the benefits of diabetics drinking wine so I’m going to have a glass of red [organic] wine everyday. Not to mention, a nice piece of bread and cheese. The thought is absolutely delicious to me!! ;0)

I’ll try to print out the ‘guide to going green’ and pop in to some of the sessions to see what the speaker says. It’ll be interesting to see if her program matches up with anything that’s recommended in the green guide.
